Output 1.3: Capability to respond to marine pollution incidents
AMSA manages the National Plan to Combat Pollution of the Sea by Oil and Other Noxious and Hazardous Substances, which involves providing oil and chemical spill preparedness and response capabilities in consultation with State and Northern Territory governments, port corporations and authorities, shipping, oil, exploration and chemical industries and emergency services.
