AMSA Business Policy

The AMSA Business Policy is a primary document that supports the certified AMSA Management System (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and AS/NZS 4801:2001 refers). AMSA is committed to providing quality services and products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations and to continually monitor, measure and improve the Management System. It is communicated at all levels and verification of understanding is assessed as part of the system through internal audits.

The policy is reviewed periodically to ensure the objectives are being achieved and that they are in accordance with the organisation's overall vision and strategic directions.
