The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is the national safety agency with responsibility for aviation and maritime search and rescue, protection of the marine environment and maritime safety.

Terms and Conditions of Employment
- Certified Agreement - Terms and conditions of employment will be contained in the AMSA Certified Agreement unless otherwise stated.
- 5% Performance Bonus - employees may be eligible to take part in the performance management cycle which can result in a performance bonus payment of up to 5% of their annual salary for competent performance.
- Professional Hours Scheme - employees annual leave entitlements gives them 20 days leave each year. Full-time employees may be eligible to take part in the professional hours scheme on agreement with their manager which will entitle them to an additional 12 days leave each year.
- Generous employer superannuation contributions at 15.4%.
- Salary packaging arrangements.
