Construction Management Services - Port Hedland, WA.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations/persons to undertake project management services for the construction of a residence to be built for AMSA personnel in Port Hedland. AMSA is currently negotiating the purchase of a second block of land and the proposed contract may include a provision to vary the contract to include the management of the construction of the second residence.

Please note that the the design and construction project will be tendered separately. Due to the potential conflict of interest the successful tenderer for the Construction Manager project will not be considered for the design and construct project.
