Freedom of Information Disclosures
In accordance with the publication requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI Act) Government Agencies are required to publish copies of material released under the FOI Act within 10 days of the Agency decision.
The publication requirement does not apply to material of a commercially valuable or personal nature.
The list below includes those materials released by AMSA under the FOI Act. The list does not include:
- documents which are exempt from the FOI Act or to which access has been refused;
- documents of a commercially valuable or personal nature released under the FOI Act; and
- documents released to members of the public or the media outside of the FOI framework.
The list describes those documents disclosed and the date of disclosure. Please note that some materials released may contain partial or full deletion/blackout of segments or sections of information to which exemptions under the FOI Act applied.
