Declared Vessels
Section 8A
Section 8A of the Navigation Act 1912 empowers the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to declare in writing that the Act applies to an off-shore industry vessel.
The following vessels have been declared to be off-shore industry vessels to which the Act applies:
