Aids to Navigation Symposium (ATON 2010)
Integrated aids to navigation for today’s mariner
24-26 May 2010, Adelaide
ATON 2010 is a biennial national marine aids to navigation symposium that will be held at the Stamford Grand Adelaide from 24 to 26 May 2010.
It will bring together aids to navigation practitioners from around Australia and offer them a forum to share expertise and exchange experiences.
ATON 2010 will be characterised by a series of technical sessions, where experts will present information on all facets of aids to navigation. The symposium will ensure that the links between the Australian Government, state, territory and port authorities remain strong and that harmonisation and improvements in aids to navigation in Australia remain common goals.
AMSA and South Australia’s Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (DTEI) are co-hosting ATON 2010.
As ATON 2010 is an AMSA-sponsored event, attendance is by invitation only.
