Sydney has a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets, offering world-class, modern facilities.

As the Natship09 Conference itself is being held at the Hilton Sydney, guests are encouraged to stay onsite and special accommodation rates have been negotiated for Natship09 delegates.

An alternative to the Hilton Sydney is the Mantra on Kent, which has been selected due to its close proximity to the Hilton. Special accommodation rates have also been negotiated at the Mantra on Kent for Natship09 delegates.

To ensure you are able to secure a room, both the Hilton Sydney and the Mantra on Kent encourage booking early. Rooms are subject to availability and the published Natship09 accommodation rates will only be available if booked before Friday 1 May 2009.

NOTE:

• Delegates are required to make their own accommodation bookings directly with their preferred hotel. The Natship Secretariat will not book accommodation on behalf of delegates.
• Delegates are responsible for all costs incurred during their stay at the hotel.
• Both Hilton Sydney and the Mantra on Kent require credit card details to secure rooms at the time of booking. This will act as a guarantee and will be the card charged on departure or in the event of cancellation.
• Please check the individual hotels’ terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making your reservation as penalties may apply should you need to cancel your booking.

Whilst the Natship Secretariat recommends these two hotels, delegates are free to seek their own choice of accommodation.
