How to Register

To register to attend Natship09 – Australia’s National Shipping Industry Conference - please complete the Natship09 Registration Form and return it to the Natship Secretariat along with full payment by Friday 22 May 2009.  Each registrant must complete a separate registration form. The registration form may be duplicated for additional registrations.

Acknowledgement of Registration

Upon receipt of the registration form and full payment, delegates will be issued with a confirmation letter and tax invoice from the Natship Secretariat confirming attendance. Please have these documents available for presentation if requested upon check-in at the Conference.

NOTE: Registrations will not be considered complete until full payment of the registration fee is received and confirmed in writing by the Natship Secretariat.

 

Registration Fees

  Early Bird Registration (received before 17 April 2009)
$1100.00
  Standard Registration (received before 22 May 2009)

 

Delegate Entitlements

Both Early Bird and Standard registration fees entitle the delegate to:

  • Conference satchel
  • Single entry to the Welcome Reception
  • Attendance to all Conference sessions
  • Lunch and morning / afternoon teas
  • Single entry to the Conference Dinner


Extra tickets for the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner can be purchased for $75.00 and $155.00 respectively.


Day registrations are not being offered. If you wish to attend for one day, the full registration fee is applicable.

 

Payment

Full payment must accompany the registration form and must be received by the Natship Secretariat by Friday 22 May 2009.

Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, electronic funds transfer or cash. Credit card payments must be paid by Bankcard, MasterCard or VISA.  Note: American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

If paying by cheque, please print the delegate name and organisation on the reverse.  All cheques should be made payable to:

NOTE: All payments must be made in Australian dollars. All figures quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate is welcome. Any substitution must be notified in writing to the Natship Secretariat before Friday 22 May 2009. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. If a delegate fails to attend the Conference, their registration fee will be forfeited.

 

Privacy Policy

The Natship Secretariat recognises privacy is a major concern to registered delegates. The Natship Secretariat records registration details for statistical and promotional purposes only. We will not use your personal details for any other purpose, and will not disclose them to a third party without your consent unless required to do so by law or parliamentary process.
