Marine incidents can result in loss of income, loss of reputation, or worse-loss of life.
When an incident happens we all need to report it, share lessons and respond with corrective action.
We've released our very first report into domestic commercials vessel incidents with data from January to December 2019. It highlights the importance of timely reporting so we can use these insights to inform safety education programs, compliance activities and improve overall safety outcomes.
