Have your say on proposed changes to requirements for commercial yachts and training vessels.
The consultation will remain open until 11:59pm on Sunday 09 October 2022.
Key changes
- The draft Marine Order 52 (MO52) incorporates the Red Ensign Group (REG) Yacht Code Part A and the associated Australian National Annex.
- The draft MO52 has been formatted and restructured in line with the most current drafting style.
- The definitions within MO52 have been updated to streamline the marine order with the REG Yacht Code Part A.
