Working Boats issue 3

July 1 marked the first 365 of the National System for Domestic Commercial Vessel Safety (National System). While many important things have been achieved in the past year, the real significance of the date for AMSA and its maritime partners is that we are one-third of the way through a full transition to the National System. We have a lot more work to do between now and 1 July 2016 to make sure the system gets the right balance between safety and red tape reduction.
