Initial watertight and weathertight integrity survey report for non-load line vessels
Overview
Surveyors – use this form to report on the watertight and weathertight integrity of a domestic commercial vessel that is not required to have a load line certificate at initial construction or alteration.
Submitting the form
Submit the completed form to the MARS system with the relevant survey code and keep a copy for your records.
