This was evidenced by an oil leakage to ballast tank during October 2015. The ship and equipment was not maintained in accordance with the requirements.

(MLC 2006 (Regulation 2.5, Standard. A2.5.1)) Significant rest period violations for engine room personnel during May 2016. (MLC 2006 (Regulation 2.3, Standard. A 2.3.5)) Oil residues in number 2 starboard DB water ballast tank. Positions not plotted as per voyage plan for navigation across Indian Ocean to Australia and for pilotage for arrival and departure Sydney on previous voyage. Large scale charts not used for coastal navigation.
Conditions of release:	Rectification Action Plan to be implemented and all deficiencies rectified by the dates specified within the rectification action plan. If rectification is not carried out by the dates stipulated within the rectification action plan the vessel may be subject to further detention.
