Oily water separator defective (solenoid 3-way valve inoperative)
Fire dampers for engine room ventilation fan No. 2 and 4 defective (unable to fully close)
Fire damper No.1 to 3 defective.Galley overboard discharge line leaking as overboard valve unable to be closed. Sea water cooling line to heat exchangers and between sea water colling pumps leaking.
Sewage treatment plant inoperative and untreated sewage being discharged overboard.
