Memorandum of understanding with the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority

We have a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority.

Our MOU with the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority (NOPSA) helps us improve safety in the offshore petroleum sector. The MOU is an agreement of teamwork between the signatories. Each organisation has responsibilities outlined in the MOU. Both organisations have committed to audits, inspections and incident investigations of offshore facilities. This MOU helps to deliver a consistent regulatory regime and avoid repetition where the two organisations have regulatory responsibilities.

Our former Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Graham Peachey and the NOPSA's former CEO, Mr John Clegg signed the memorandum of understanding.
