Competitive remuneration. We remunerate responsibly in accordance with the environment we operate in, providing competitive remuneration and superannuation of 15.4%.  

Attractive leave provisions. We provide attractive leave provisions in accordance with our current Enterprise Agreement including:

  • Annual leave: 4 weeks per annum
  • Personal leave: 18 days per annum
  • Christmas closedown: up to 3 extra days of additional paid leave when our offices close over the Christmas period
  • The ability to purchase additional annual leave
  • Up to 15 weeks paid maternity / adoption leave and 3 weeks paid supporting parental leave
  • Long service leave after 10 years of service.

We also provide access to a flex time system and professional hours that—subject to meeting the requirements set out in our Enterprise Agreement—provides up to 12 days of paid leave per annum. Read more details in our Enterprise Agreement
