Overview 

You can use this form to apply for accreditation for the first time or to apply to add categories to your accreditation.

Eligibility criteria 

Eligibility criteria are outlined in Part 1 of the Marine Surveyor Manual.

Submitting the form 

Due to the current uncertainties with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), to avoid applications being delayed, we ask that you DO NOT post your application to AMSA.
