The survey is open to all vessel operators for us to collect operational data and information on vessels' engines, fuels and cargoes.
This information will allow us to better understand, and more accurately quantify, vessel air emissions in Australian waters and will help inform Australia's oil pollution emergency response arrangements.
The survey is voluntary, anonymous and any information made publically available will not identify vessels or vessel-specific information, or contain any personal or sensitive information.
