It’s business as usual until 1 July 2018
In the meantime, we are working with the state and territory marine safety agencies for a smooth transfer of services so you can access the services you need, when you need them.
In addition to the services offered by your marine safety authority, you can continue to access these services from us:
- find information about safety rules for your type of operation
- seek an exemption
- report incidents
- find an accredited marine surveyor or training organisation.
Our website will be your initial port of call for all national system information. From 1 July you will be able to use our website to:
- lodge and pay for an application
- access our self-service toolkit
- access forms online.
Commencing July 2018 our customer service team AMSA Connect will be open from 8 am to 8 pm AEST to assist you during the transition. They will be available to answer your questions over the phone, by email, or in person at one of our 19 offices around Australia.
