If you receive an automated call pretending to be from AMSA-it is a scam. We do not use automated calling.
We have received reports that our phone number has been used to make scam phone calls. When the call is answered, a computer-generated voice can be heard. The voice claims to be from the Australian Tax Office.
We do not use automated or computer-generated calling in any circumstances.
If you are suspicious about an interaction you've had with someone using AMSA's name or details-phone us on 1800 627 484 between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
