Application for AMSA Marine Surveyor accreditation (form 741)

Use this form to:

• apply for AMSA Marine Surveyor accreditation for the first time
• add other categories to your existing accreditation.

Eligibility criteria

Eligibility criteria are outlined in Part 1 of the Marine Surveyor Manual.

You will need to show that you meet the criteria in section 25 of the National Law Regulation.
