Survey report and recommendation
Overview
Surveyors – use this form to make a recommendation after conducting a commissioning, periodic, or out of water survey of a domestic commercial vessel.
Submitting the form
If used, submit the completed form to the MARS system with the relevant survey code and keep a copy for your records.
