The study was conducted to provide DOTAS and AMSA with an assessment of whether capacity is sufficient to sustain the level of environment risk of the 2000 baseline.

The report has three appendices:

  1. Towage and salvage vessel data
  2. Stakeholder input from questionnaires
  3. Emergency resources coverage maps
