Suspending your accreditation

You can apply to us to voluntarily have your accreditation suspended for an agreed period of time. You must make an application to us, using the Application to surrender or suspend accreditation form, for the duration of the suspension you require.

An example of when you might consider suspending your accreditation could include where you are taking a lengthy holiday and want to suspend your accreditation for the duration that you will be away.

We may suspend your accreditation if you do not follow all the conditions of your accreditation, such as not being covered by a professional indemnity insurance policy.

You can email the form to dcvsurvey@amsa.gov.au.
