The wellbeing of seafarers, their families, and shore staff is the focus of the Wellness at Sea awareness campaign.

AMSA is proud to partner with the Sailor’s Society to deliver this vital wellbeing initiative.

The free 27-week program provides a series of resources and advice about staying well – from relationships to mental health, physical fitness to spiritual wellbeing.

The campaign aims to make a real difference to peoples’ lives and contribute to an industry-wide conversation about wellbeing and mental health. Seafarer welfare is key to ensuing continued safety outcomes at sea.

A range of topics from health in a crisis to emotional and physical wellness will be covered over the 27 weeks, with resources and information provided through podcasts, videos, posters and other materials.

A series of wellness resources and advice for seafarers, their families, and shore staff will be rolled out over 27 weeks.
