AMSA is holding meetings in eight regional locations to engage with industry on regional specific safety issues.
Members come from a broad range of domestic commercial industries and represent a wide range of sectors including fishing, surveying, aquaculture and tourism industries.
On the agenda:
- Regulatory update (Marine orders, exemptions and NSCV updates)
- Industry discussion (topics brought forward by industry)
- How to prepare for the focus inspection campaign (as part of the 2022/23 National Compliance Plan)
- DCV inspections risk algorithm explained and demonstrated
- Incident analysis and investigations discussion with case studies
