Marine order 94—Marine pollution prevention

Marine order 94 sets out the requirements for preventing harmful substances carried by regulated Australian vessels, domestic commercial vessels and Australian recreation vessels from entering the marine environment, including:

management of harmful substances in packaged form
washing substances overboard
notifying and reporting an incident.
