Flexible work

We understand that people have a life beyond the workplace. That's why we offer flexible working arrangements to help you get your work/life balance right. Our flexible work policy is guided by an 'if not, why not' approach.

Flexible working at AMSA includes options like working remotely, compressed hours, job sharing and staggered start and finish times.

"The last few years have been a testament to the type of workplace AMSA is, always adapting to change and putting their employees first. As well as the pandemic, in the last two years I have become a single mother, my own mother passed away and I bought a house. The support I have received, and the flexibility and stability AMSA provided has allowed me to get through this time without the worry of my job being at risk.

Through all this AMSA has been my rock - the constant in my life that gave me a focus and opportunity to throw myself into work when I need it the most."

- Sarah, Communications team
