National Plan annual report—2002–2003

The Intergovernmental Agreement between Commonwealth, State and Northern Territory Governments formalising the national approach to oil and chemical spill preparedness and response and cooperation, is now well established. The National Plan Management Committee continued to meet its responsibilities and obligations.
