NP–ADV–002: Communication plan for the National Plan

Advice for those control agencies that have jurisdictional or legislative responsibilities for marine oil spills, consistent with the oil spill contingency plans, and as stakeholders in the National Plan, of the availbaility of a generic communications plan, that would form part of their incidental action plan, in the event of a marine oil spill incident.
