AMSA launches new diversity and inclusion plan
Ensuring diversity and inclusion in our workforce is essential so we better reflect the stakeholders with whom we work, and provide a safe, respectful and positive workplace for all staff.
Our Diversity and Inclusion strategy 2023–27 outlines our commitment to increase workforce diversity and inclusion through a variety of initiatives to increase representation of underrepresented groups, retain emerging talent and job knowledge, and ensure an inclusive work environment.
This plan supports the wider workforce strategy outlined in our Strategic Workforce Plan 2022–2027.
We are excited to launch the plan and to continue our work to ensure AMSA is a best practice agency and an employer of choice.
