AMSA services over the Christmas holiday break
If you expect to need assistance from AMSA between now and the New Year please contact us as soon as you can before Christmas.
Service arrangements for AMSA search and rescue, pollution and marine incident reporting, and media enquiries will not change over this period—normal arrangements and contact numbers apply.
For survey, operation and competency certificates and beacons services, the following customer services will be available.
- AMSA website: Available 24/7 for information, incident reporting, and application submission
- Beacons website: Available 24/7 for information and online registration and updates
- Phone and email: Closed for all services on 25, 26, 31 December 2018 and 1 January 2019
Limited phone and email services will be available on 27 and 28 December 2018 for urgent assistance with applications for:
- certificates of survey
- certificates of operation.

Ordering task books
If you are ordering task books, log or record books, or other products from us—there will be no deliveries between 24 December and 7 January. Make your purchase using our online order form, and if you need a task book delivered before the holiday break please place your order by 17 December.
