Regulator Performance Framework self assessment report 2015–16

We undertook an annual self-assessment of our performance against the Regulator Performance Framework (RPF) in August 2016. The purpose of the Regulator Performance Framework (RPF) is to encourage regulators to undertake their functions with the minimum impact necessary to achieve regulatory objectives, and to effect positive ongoing and lasting cultural change.
