Marine order 21 sets out the requirements for safety and emergency arrangements including:
safety measures for crewing, bridge visibility, pilot transfer arrangements and operation of steering gear emergency procedures such signals, drills, passenger lists management plans and duties of seafarers atmosphere sampling and measuring.
