Overview
Surveyors – use this form to:
- make a survey activity report
- document non-conformances
- permit temporary operations under Exemption 07
- communicate these matters to us and the vessel owner.
Submitting the form
When the form is completed:
- Provide a copy of the completed form to the owner of the vessel. The owner must keep this form on the vessel when a related exemption is in force.
- Submit the completed form to the MARS system with the relevant survey code.
- Keep a copy for your records.
