Sample shipboard working arrangements (form 424)

Overview

This form is for the owners and crew of regulated Australian vessels.

These vessels must have a notice of shipboard working arrangements posted in a place on board that seafarers can easily access.

It must include specific information in line with Marine Order 11. This sample includes fields for all the information required.

You can use this sample for your shipboard working arrangements. When filled out correctly, it will meet the requirements of Marine Order 11.
