A passenger was found unresponsive whilst snorkelling, and a crew member fell overboard without a lifejacket due to medical episode. These are some of the occurrences included in the latest incident report. 

During July 2024, there were 87 reported incidents involving domestic commercial vessels. Of these, 17 were serious and 2 were very serious.

Excessive speed causes injuries
