This NSCV was updated as a result of the NSCV Omnibus amendments instrument No 1, 2022 (AMSA has made minor editorial amendments to eight NSCVs to address consequential amendments resulting from the revocation of NSCV Part D). Summary of changes: [1] In clause 1.6 Meeting the required outcomes, (c): Replace: “the vessel meets an equivalent means of compliance approved by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority under: (i) section 1.6 of NSCV Part B, as in force on 31 December 2017; or (ii) section 3.4 of NSCV Part E, as in force on 9 June 2016.” With: “the vessel meets an equivalent means of compliance approved by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority under the NSCV in force prior to 1 January 2018.
