Overview
You can use this form to notify AMSA and the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority of your intention to conduct in-transit fumigation.
Eligibility criteria
Notification should be as soon as possible, but not later than 72 hours before the vessel arrival in the port where fumigation will be applied.
Submitting the form
You must do the following:
- submit this form to your nearest AMSA state and territory office
- email dangerousgoods@amsa.gov.au or fax 02 6279 5058
- Email the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority at enquiries@apvma.gov.au
