Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a Global maritime distress and safety systems radio operator's restricted certificate of recognition (GMDSS RCOR) you must meet sea service and course requirements. The requirements depend on whether you are getting a certificate for the first time or revalidating an existing certificate.
