Endorsements and restrictions
We will not transfer endorsements included in your primary certificate of competency into the certificate of recognition or restricted certificate of recognition issued to you. The certificate of recognition or restricted certificate of recognition recognises all endorsements in your primary certificate of competency. This does not apply to the Advanced tanker (oil, chemical, gas) endorsement. Under the STCW Convention, this endorsement can be transferred.
